Pavillion Reservations Calendar

Instructions:

The pavillion reservation calendar is available for your convenience by following the link below. To reserve time on the calendar: 

1. Click on the plus sign on the date you are requesting
2. Put a simple descriptive title in the "Brief Description" box
3. In the full description, please be sure to include your name
4. Under the drop-down box under the date section, choose "Timed Event". Select the beginning time, and the length you are requesting.
5. Click save.
6. Your request will then be routed to the calendar's administrator who will approve the event - at which point it will show up on the calendar.

Please note: Your event will not immediately show up on the website. This process is necessary to keep the calendar restricted to members of the home owners association.
